TESLA Energy Group is proud to announce the successful completion of its BESS project in Vlkanová – the largest installed capacity in Slovakia. Designed and implemented for a major client, the project is further proof of the company's commitment to delivering cutting-edge, efficient energy solutions.
Solution and technical specification
The BESS commissioned in Vlkanová offers:
- Power: 3,780 kW
- Capacity: 5,589 kWh
- Expected payback period: approximately 4 years
Through the BESS, the investor provides ancillary and flexibility services to SEPS. One of the project's goals is also to maximise the use of renewable energy – a 2 MWp solar power plant installed on the company's premises.
Functionality and benefits
The system not only allows the investor to reduce energy operating costs, but also creates new revenue opportunities through tariff optimisation and active participation in the energy market.
