An experienced sales manager with more than 20 years of experience in mechanical engineering, the automotive industry and energy. Over his career he has gained extensive experience in B2B sales, project sales, negotiation and key account management.

As the group's Sales Director, he focuses on developing business opportunities, building long-term relationships with partners and customers, and supporting growth across the group's companies. In his work he combines sales strategy with an in-depth understanding of the technical environment and customer needs.

An experienced technical and project manager with more than 20 years of experience in capital construction, project management and energy infrastructure. Over his career he has helped manage major investment projects in the chemical, engineering, metallurgical and automotive industries, as well as in civil construction and industrial parks.

As Group CTO, he combines his experience in capital construction, power engineering and project management with the delivery of modern energy solutions, particularly PV plants and battery energy storage systems.

For more than 12 years he has focused on production and logistics management and improving operational efficiency through lean management principles. He also has experience in interim and crisis management, where he concentrated on stabilising companies, optimising processes and leading change.

He has held top management positions for more than 11 years. As Group CEO, he brings together strategic leadership, operational efficiency and the development of the individual companies, with an emphasis on long-term, sustainable growth.
