Cookie settings

What cookies this website uses and how you can manage them.

Cookies are small text files that websites can store on your device to make your user experience more efficient. The law states that we can store cookies on your device if they are necessary for the operation of this site. For all other types of cookies, we need your permission.

When you first visit, a bar will appear where you can choose which categories to enable. Optional cookies and third-party content will only load once you have given your consent. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the button below or the Cookie Settings link in the website footer. We remember your choice for 6 months.

More information about who we are, how you can contact us, and how we process personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

Necessary

Necessary files and records enable basic website functions. The website cannot function properly without them, which is why consent is not required for their use.

  • teg_consent (this website, local storage) – stores your cookie preferences, valid for 6 months.
  • teg_jobs (this website, session storage) – temporarily stores the number of open job positions; deleted when the browser is closed.

Analytical

These help us better understand how visitors use the website and which pages are viewed the most. We use them exclusively for internal evaluation and service improvement. They will only load with your consent.

  • _ga (Google Analytics) – registers a unique ID to generate statistical data on website usage, valid for up to 2 years.
  • _ga_# (Google Analytics) – stores session state and visit count, valid for up to 2 years.

Marketing

These are used to measure the success of campaigns and display relevant advertisements (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Pixel). We currently do not use any marketing tools on this website. If we implement them in the future, they will only load with your consent, and we will update this list.

External content

Some articles contain embedded YouTube videos. We play videos in privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com), and they will only load after you have consented to this category. When played, YouTube may store its own records, such as YSC, VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE, and yt-remote-*, which are used for view statistics and player preferences.

How can you manage cookies?

Removing cookies from your device

By clearing your browsing history in your browser, you can remove all cookies already present on your device. Please note, however, that you may also lose some saved information (such as login credentials or website preferences).

Managing site-specific cookies

You can find more detailed information about cookies for specific websites in your browser's privacy and cookie settings.

Blocking cookies

Most modern browsers can be set to prevent all cookies from being saved. In that case, however, you may need to manually adjust some preferences each time you visit, and some features may not work correctly (for example, playing embedded videos).
